About Our Therapists

Tracey Tuttle (Call her directly at 805-528-7342)
Born in NH, I moved to the Central Coast in 1998 captivated by it's beauty. Living close to Nature, I've been inspired by movement and motivated by the joy play brings to my life. From an early age I became passionate about running, snowboarding, rock climbing, and surfing. All of this brought me a deeper understanding and connection to the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Massage Therapy became the next stepping stone on my path. In 2000 I completed my massage practitioners license at Hirudaya Holistic Life Center in San Luis Obispo. Cultivating a private practice for the following 8 yrs I gained experience and insight fueling me to know more.

In 2008 I moved to Maui, HI where I attended the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage. Completing the 654 hr MT program I became a licensed MT in HI. Working at a Chiropractor's office in Paia Maui and Valley Isle Day Spa in Kiehi Maui, I continued to grow in my field. Relocating back on the Central Coast in 2011 I'm excited to be a part of the Holistic Movement Center's team. Blessed and Honored to share my journey, I look forward to what lies ahead! My style of body work is an integration of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, and Hot Stones to personalize your massage!

I moved to Morro Bay in the summer of 2006.  I have a B.A. in Physical Education and an extensive coaching and training background, working with beginners all the way to national level athletes.  I attended California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo and graduated in 2009.  I have developed an intuitive style of massage through continuous study of the body, massage techniques and use of energy work.  Combining massage with my knowledge of anatomy, functional movement and personal experience with injury and pain, I specialize in chronic pain and injury management.  My intention with each massage is to relieve pain and discomfort in the most effective, painless and relaxing way possible.

In my spare time I train dogs and volunteers with the SLO animal shelter as a foster mom.  I am a reserve firefighter for CalFire and enjoy surfing, hiking, mountain biking, crafting unique jewelry, knitting, playing with my dogs on the beach and being with my son and grand-dogs.

Each massage is customized for you through assessment and interview.  I use a combination of any of the following: warm stones, hot towels, trigger point, myofacial release, stretching and aromatherapy, etc.  I am certified Reiki II and find Reiki helpful in most of my massages.  Reiki is a vibrational healing practice that promotes balance and healing on every level; body, mind and spirit.

I graduated from UNCW in 2003 with a degree in Sociology and a degree in Creative Writing as well.  Throughout years of working in other fields, I always stayed both curious and fascinated by the studies of nutrition, yoga, and somatics.  I eventually went on to pursue a teacher training program at Neighborhood Yoga in Boone, NC.  I finished the program in May of 2009 and have been teaching yoga ever since.

I completed a 600-hour massage therapy program and became a licensed massage therapist in 2010.  I stridently believe in the power of yoga and massage therapy to contribute to mind and body wellness and have created a space to help others in these pursuits.

I grew up on the Central Coast, and attended massage school in 1997 at the International Professional School of Massage in San Diego, California. After spending several years living in the California desert and the Pacific Northwest, I returned to San Luis Obispo County with my family during the summer of 2011. I joyfully embrace the myriad opportunities to live an active lifestyle on the Central Coast, and spend my free time enjoying outdoor sports as often as possible. I live with passion, intention, and gratitude, and consider bodywork and energy healing to be my service to humanity. I believes that our bodies are our temples, contain the stories of our lives, and have the potential to allow us to embrace life with joy and energy, or to suffer from pain and restriction. My goal is to assist my clients in caring for and reuniting with their bodies and energy systems, with the goal of living their lives to their fullest potential. I bring a calm, grounded presence to every session, and create a nurturing, safe environment for all of my clients. I delight in working individually with my clients to meet their needs, using a variety of massage and energy healing techniques. I believe that self-care is of utmost importance, and my methods of self-care include daily exercise in fresh air, meditation, yoga, receiving regular massage and energy work, eating a whole-foods diet, and making time for play.
