Included in the price are: room and taxes, all you can eat breakfast and lunch, yoga classes and meditation, free drinks at the bar, snacks all day, transportation to/from the airport on Roatan. Air fare is not included.

| Every day will begin with yoga and end with meditation.
The group will be separated by level of ability. We will offer Gentle Yoga
for beginners and people who want to take it easy, and Yoga for Experienced
people for those who want to challenge themselves. Everyone can take as many
classes as they like any level that they like, even classes back to back. In between, your
time can be spend exploring the island's many treasures - from swimming with
dolphins, to checking out the iguana farm, a sailing trip, a spectacular
dive in the second largest barrier reef on earth with it's colorful and
curious inhabitants. You choose! The Henry Morgan staff is always ready and
happy to organize a dive, a trip or anything you like. Night life is exciting and offers many
options. Restaurants on the island are abundant, inexpensive and offer
everything from the freshest local fish, lobster and shrimp to exotic
Argentinean grill and tasty Italian favorites. Yoga classes will be led by Valentina Petrova - A RYT with the Yoga Alliance, long time yoga practitioner and owner of HMC (see bio). See schedule of yoga classes during the retreat below. HMC members get 190 points for participation in the retreat. |

1) A deposit is required to hold your space - $300 cash or check payable to Holistic Movement Center. 2) Balance/Full Retreat fee is due by Sept 1, 2008. If balance is not paid in full by Sept 1, a $100 fee will be imposed. 3) If you prefer to pay with Visa, Master Card, we can process payments through PayPal, but PayPal charges 3% for the transaction, so you will have to pay that in addition to you retreat fees. Scroll down to find the PayPal payment options. 4) You will be required to pay single occupancy rates unless
you find your self a roommate. We may be able to assist you in finding one,
but we cannot guarantee it. Please let us know if you want us to help you
look for a roommate. |
Cancellation Policy: 1) Retreat Cancellations by May 1,
2008 will be charged $50 penalty per person. 4) Once airfare tickets are purchased and the bus ride is booked, there
will be no refunds on that. You will be able to use your airfare ticket for
up to 1 year if you call the airline and arrange it with them. No refunds or
credits on bus fare. (For those of you who are on the group ticket and bus) |

| Retreat Schedule: Arrive Saturday 10/4. Have lunch, orientation (this is where you find out what's going to be happening and what to do, what not to do while on the island, how to get around, etc.)
This Schedule is a sample schedule. Things may change a little. You will receive the actual schedule when you arrive.
Requirements: Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one, HMC has some for sale, or get one anywhere you like. If you use straps, blocks and whatever other props, please bring them with you. No yoga experience is required to take the Gentle Yoga classes. Experience is required to take the Experienced Yoga classes. The Holistic Movement Center offers Introduction to Yoga monthly for those of you who have no experience and wish to get some before your retreat. Also feel free to attend our daily classes.
