What we offer:
The "Yoga Room" is spacious, filled with light, room appropriate for yoga and dancing lessons and workshops, meetings and gatherings. It has a 1000Watt stereo system. We have tables and chairs, yoga mats and props. There is a bathroom adjacent to the Yoga Room.
The "Lobby Area" offers a sitting and hanging out space, tea station, a couch and chairs, and it has it's own bathroom. There's an area with cubbies for shoes and personal belongings and a small retail shop.
There are two massage rooms - The Peace Room and the Serenity Room. The massage rooms are available for rent for 1, 2, 3 days per week or on as needed basis. We have a monthly and daily rate for the rooms. They are fully furnished with massage tables, hot rock/hot towel warmers and stereos. Each massage table has a warming pad and cusion pads. All you need is your sheets and lotions/oils.
