CHANGES YOU CAN SEE AND FEEL?
Our 60-Day Yoga Challenge is for
you. Do yoga 5 days a week for 9 weeks and change your life!
You will reward yourself by experiencing more changes than you thought
possible. Even students who have been practicing every other day for years
will find that they make more progress in the first two weeks of the
challenge than they have seen since they started practicing. By the end of
the challenge your practice and life will never be the same.
Some of the
expected benefits include but are not limited to increased concentration,
deeper focus, refined coordination and body awareness, increased stamina,
increased energy and vitality, weight loss, deeper introspection, better
grasp of the postures, more stability on the mat and off, mental clarity,
improved circulation, and many more. Just remember, the rule of equanimity
still applies. This is not suppose to be a mind-over-body experience. It is meant for personal growth: physically, mentally,
emotionally and spiritually.
You may
begin at any time and the challenge is
ongoing. Here is how it works:
To track your progress, we will issue you a special
punch card so you can count your classes. You must complete all 45 classes
in the 9 weeks period (63 days). All graduates will be rewarded!!!

If you are a member, you need not pay anything
extra for the Challenge. Just make sure you have 9 weeks of membership left.
Your classes will be treated as regular classes for members. At the end of your 45
classes you will have earned 225 points. We will give you 35 points
extra for a total of 260 points, and this will qualify you for 25% off
of your next membership renewal, or you can bank the points and earn greater
rewards. (Membership rules apply). Buy/Renew

The cost of the Challenge for non-members is:
$385 (that’s $8.55 per class vs. $13 for drop-ins). At the end we
will give you 5 free classes to take them as you please. Sign up here
with a credit card, or come by the studio. If you want to, you
can become a member instead, but make sure you purchase at least 2
months of membership to get your self covered for the entire
duration.
The
Challenge can be taken again and again, one after the other. If you have
no yoga experience and knowledge, it is recommended that you start with
the Intro to Yoga prior to attempting The Challenge. The Intro is
offered once per month. Check the
